The Partners
Partners Thad McKellar and Chuck Farrer have more than 40 years combined construction industry experience. Both were raised in "construction families" so they understand that customer satisfaction begins with attention to detail.
Thad McKellar
From the ground up, Thad has been involved in commercial and residential construction for nearly 25 years. He worked through high school and college hanging steel for his father's business. After graduation from Middle Tennessee State University, he served as warranty supervisor and then project manager coordinating the building of outpatient surgery centers and hotels across the country. Thad started his own construction business in 2000. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid hunter and sport fan.
Chuck Farrer
Family businesses such as rentals, construction and hardware are the environment in which Chuck grew up. As a construction professional, his experience centers around the specialty of insurance restoration. He purchased Farrer Construction Company from his father in 2002, but also continues to enjoy working in commercial and residential real estate rentals. Chuck is a board member of the Better Business Bureau and enjoys spending time with his family on their farm in Lascassas, Tennessee.
